Amazing customer service
"Both times I’ve ordered Trifexis from Valley Vet I had trouble with getting the prescription approved (on behalf of my vet or my mistake, not Valley Vet!). And both times Valley Vet has notified me and called my vet to correct it. They handled it all professionally and got it straightened out in a matter of minutes and got my order shipped in a few hours! I really appreciate the prompt and helpful service."
