"I have ordered a few products from Modcloth, they always have the most awesome variety of clothes and are great with making sure the sizing charts fit the item. I have also encountered costumer service for 2 items I purchased and had a very satisfiable experience. The first item was a beautiful dress that slightly came unsewn at a wedding I was wearing it to. I contacted Modcloth and they responded timely and also offered a % refund back to my card for the damage. The most recent experience was also fantastic, the underlay of my dress tore 10% up the leg. I contacted modcloth (and showed a picture) and they ended up mailing me a brand new dress at no additional charge while also not making me mail back the original item, talk about hassle free! Even with the few issues I have had with 2 of the items I have bought, I will still continue to shop here because they have always exceeded my expectations when fixing the problem."
