Glad I found them!
"Just moved into new home a couple of months ago and I needed to change out my filter for the first time. I have owned Carrier units in the past and was able to go to a local retailer to find the filter for my AC unit. I have a Carrier again, but it has an unusual size filter size and I could not find it at the traditional brick and mortar stores. So, I went to the internet and found Factory Direct Filters. They were the only website that carried the exact dimensions of my filter. Other sites had dimensions that were close but did not include the fractions so I was not comfortable ordering from them. i received the filters faster than promised, the quality seems very good and the price is right! I will see how the product performs and if it is as good as I think it is, I will continue to order from them in the future. I highly reccomend you give them a try!"
