Atrocious service
"I ordered a chair. They did not ship the item after a month. There were no communications. I need to contact their reps and the rep said the colour I ordered is out of stock. I asked to switch to another colour and the rep said I need to pay for the price difference which is completely ridiculous. When I ordered the item it was during a promotion and all the colours were in the same price. They are not sorry for delaying the shipment and do not provide any useful solutions.
Would not recommend anyone to buy from this site unless you are ready to be disappointed."
