4 months and they canceled my cashback
"I placed an online order with ATT through their site for a new prepaid line. I actually screen recorded the transaction because I didn't want there to be any issues. After 4 months of battling with their support, the cashback request was canceled. SCAM with the worst support communication. DO NOT USE them"

"I waited 47 minutes on hold to speak with someone about the order, eventually had to hang up without speaking to anyone. Then they kept emailing me about picking up the order, after I emailed them to cancel my order if they were gonna keep me on hold for that long. Worst customer service"

"OUTSOURCED SOULLESS COMPANY. I refuse to purchase from this company again. I placed an order & thought how convenient I could use my amazon account to pay... one word, DONT. It created two duplicate orders. Which I immediately called their customer support. They responded: "Normally our system catches duplicate orders, its a good thing you called, we will cancel one of this orders." I wait a week... no product. I try to check my order on their site, blank. Payment still pulled from my account & the amazon link shows it wasn't refunded. I call back today, get a guy who puts me off/on hold a couple times, has to call other people, said he would call me back in 10 minutes. I give him my number.... Wait 30 minutes and decide to call THEM back. Good thing I did!!! Next person I speak with says the order cancellation actually canceled both orders and that the refund was processed yesterday. I tell him, well I need the product, I have waited a week already because of problems with your system. I would like the same order this time expedited. He transfers me to sales. Sales rep picks up after another 10 minutes of waiting. I explain the whole story to him, because there was no back briefing from the previous rep... I was just tossed into a queue like I called again. He says I don't know why he transferred you to me. We can't offer any faster shipping. So instead of ordering from a reputable company & already having my product, I have to wait double the shipping time... on top of dealing with about an hour of phone time with these morons. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE"
