"I ordered my merchandise in early October, I waited and waited. I received emails saying ur merchandise is on the way, then I received emails noting the delays. Towards the end of the month receive an email stating they did not have my apartment number, which is something I don't forget. By this time I'm so frustrated how this was all handled I wanted a refund. I emailed them at least 3 times requesting a refund with no response. So as I understand it Etsy is not the seller but my payment went to them. Evidently Etsy was the go between
Now it looks like I have to go through the seller to get my refund and I don't know who that is. They have a customer service phone that they don't answer. This is a dishonest company, and if you having nothing to hide answer your phone. I will never do business with this company again and would not recommend my friends or enemies to do so."
