"Best price. Excellent service. Very helpful on the phone when I wanted to switch to different item. Quick delivery. Would definitely buy from this company again. Still not sure about the item itself (SRAM X.9 Gripshift). Having a little trouble getting it adjusted right - due to my own inexperience, I'm sure."
