"I ordered a Samsung Impression from this store. They shipped the phone fairly quick. However, that's about all I the positive I can say about my experience. The phone I received was obviously not brand new as the item was described. So I sent a few emails and eventually called them and spoke with a person named Mike. I asked Mike if I could return the phone straight up. He said I could but I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. Not wanting to pay this I asked about returning the phone for full stored credit. Mike said that was possible. Next I sent and email to Mike reminding him of the situation. He responded and gave me instructions on how to return the phone. I followed all the instructions. Today, FedEx delivered a replacement phone. Why, I don't know. I already sent one email to them that has been ignored. I have sent another and awaiting a reply."

"My first shopping experience with CCS was great. The second one was not. I my order consisted of 3 items. Two sweatshirts and one jacket. First of all, their order tracking does not work. It has been 8 days since I ordered and I cannot track my order through their site. Then, the first two items were shipped separately, so I had to pay more in shipping. Finally, there customer service is very slow. After I didn't get the jacket, I sent them an email explaining the situation. Three days later I got a response. They canceled my order. If an item is not in stock, I should be notified before I order the it."

"I have been shopping at Newegg for quite a while now. On this past order I order a bunch of parts for a new computer. Later on I noticed that I ordered the wrong heatsink. I logged on to Newegg's live chat where Ruby Luo helped me. Ruby switched the incorrect item with the correct item. All at 3:00am in the morning. I didn't think anyone would be available for live chat at this time. Newegg is now my first stop for all online shopping. If they don't have what I am looking for, then I look elsewhere. *Update* I received my items today. The graphics card was advertised to come with a free game.(The Witcher) I didn't get the free game. The website did say "While Supplies Last." I ordered that card because I thought I was going to get a free game with it. Oh well, better luck next time. 2nd Update. I got an email from Dianne, a Senior Customer Service Representative from Newegg. She is going to ship the game to me. It doesn't get any better than this."
