Sneaky Taxes
"All goes well until you reach the Order Summary page. The total cost was $74.95 but the total says $97. The Taxes are on the previous page; it's not included in the summary. So I called in and it was explained. Bad Design!"

ZENNI Sees You Through Every Step
"The hardest part is finding the lenses you like. I needed three pairs with three different prescriptions. They all needed to be light weight. From one previous purchase I knew that once I had my script including the PDA ( that was new to me), it was just a matter of my selections. Purchasing was easy; I paid for faster shipping, and my package arrived on time and everything was right. Oh, and I saved a lot of money from buying at stores. I luv my glasses."
