"Most impressive was the turn-around time: I ordered the day before Thanksgiving and received the order the following Monday--only 2 business days from my order! The print & paper quality is good--comparable to the better retail cards, though I liked my close-up flower image better in the matte than the glossy--more gradations of tone and color. Would like GCU to send the order in a package boldly marked "THIS IS YOUR ORDER!", as the appearance of the mailer at quick glance was of your average junk mail, and I almost tossed it in the recycle bin. Overall a good site, good service, quite satisfied. Thanks."

"Ordered and paid on March 22, 2010. They were to hold the order till I informed them of the wattage of the laptop I wanted the inverter for, which I did the next day. Now it's over one month, many e-mails and voice mails (when I could get through by phone at all) later, and still NO RESPONSE, NO PRODUCT, NO TRACKING NUMBER, NOTHING. They were, however, quite prompt to take the money out of my bank. Too bad, I guess their products are good, but this is not acceptable behavior. Won't shop there again. Since I paid with PayPal, I guess I'll go thru PayPal for a refund/charge back. A nuisance and unnecessary. --LFJ"
