"Not one for online reviews but I wouldn’t want the same thing to happen to another poor soul.
I purchased a ring on the 7th of December and was reassured that I would receive it before Christmas. My plan was to propose to my partner. All went well in the beginning…they took my money immediately and I received an order confirmation…then all downhill from there. Contacted them again to ensure I would get it before Christmas and got an immediate response ensuring me I would. Then closer to Christmas I contacted them again as time was running out they informed me that my item had been shipped on"
