"I've been a user of Razorgator for years, however in 2017 I found it difficult to get a hold of customer support and I stopped using Razorgator. Then in May of 2018, I got a phone call from their new CEO. He gave me his direct cell and email in case I ever had any issues in the future. It's so rare to get a personalized one to one email and then a follow up call as well from management.
Also, since new management / ownership I've found that the site works so much better and pricing is slightly better than it previously was."
