"Just Flowers is just awful. I ordered flowers online on a Friday for delivery on a Sat (and paid extra for the privilege of having them delivered on a Sat). Called my friend on Sunday to make sure that the flowers arrived. No flowers. No phone call or email from Just Flowers either. I call them to ask and they tell me that they cannot tell me anything about my order because it is a Sunday (what??). I tell them to just cancel the order as the special occasion has passed and they tell me that they cannot cancel it because it is a Sunday (double what??). I hear nothing Monday. On Tuesday, Just Flowers sends me an email telling me that they have a question about my order. I call them and tell them to cancel it. They tell me that they cannot cancel it but are going to take $5.00 off the $67.00 cost of the order (nope, they were not kidding). I informed them that I was not paying for the order at all since it was now four days late and planned to contest any charge to my credit card. They finally agreed to cancel my order after subjecting me to more call center run around, but I will be checking my credit card just to be sure. In sum, Just Flowers is a terrible place to order flowers and I won't ever make that mistake again."
