Reliable vendor. Highly recommended.
"PRO: Smart home carries a wide variety of home automation and devices, including the entire Insteon line. I have placed a number of orders totaling several thousand dollars over recent years and have never had a problem with an order. My most recent order arrived ahead of schedule.
CON: Prices can be a little bit high, except for their sales, and paying for shipping for orders under $200 is annoying. Sometimes Amazon is a better choice for purchases.
OVERALL: Highly recommended"

"How strange... seems as if you either have a REALLY good experience, or a really ROTTEN experience, with little in the middle. I guess I was lucky, my experience was great. I placed two orders within a couple of days, and I received both orders before the expected delivery dates. Merchandise was new and in perfect condition. Good experience."

"I have placed many orders with this vendor with good results. There was a problem with my last order, but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction after an e-mail. Only negative: No way to reach vendor by phone. All calls go to voice mail, and all voice mailboxes are full."
