Review of my purchase experience with Zenni
"You can't beat the prices for glasses with Zenni. My sister told me about there web site. I purchased two pair of progressive glasses. The wired frames fit great but the plastic frames that I also bought didn't fit well. I first made a call to customer service and was told that I could send them back for either a one time 100% store credit or half refund. I must have misread their policy thinking I could return for a full refund of 100%. I still have the credit because I can't find a frame that I like, as yet."

"Item was packaged well and was extremely happy that nothing was broken in shipment. It also arrived on a timely manner. I was surprised that shipping was so expensive. It was about half the cost of the sign itself. I would have been nice to know ahead of time what the shipping cost would have been."

"I ordered a liquid soap dispenser and was unable to test that it worked before leaving for Mexico. It was a month before I put soap in it and used it. Unfortunately, there was a problem. I contact The Bath Outlet store and they immediately took care of the problem. They advised me to hang on to the the old one until I received a new one. I received a confirmation the same day that they were shipping the replacement out to me. I highly recommend using this company. Customer service is their top priority and I can attest to it. Great company to purchase from."
