"Bought this PC and it would not boot to Windows out of box. Cyberpower tech support walked me through re-installing Windows and I eventually got the PC running but the GPU was not recognized. When installing AMD drivers the installation fails and I am once again stuck with a black screen. Cyberpower suspects I have a bad GPU which they have agreed to replace under warranty...But I have to pay for shipping the part back to them? My only other recourse is sending the entire unit back and for them to replace the GPU which would take 2-3 weeks. Seems ridiculous that any cost to replace a part for a PC that doesn't work out of box would fall on the customer.
I'll update this review when I receive the new GPU"
