Quality of merchandise
"I have been a Chico's customer for many years, and the quality is lacking I guess that is why you can put the merchandise at such sale prices. The styles are great but the materials that the merchandise is being made of is not holding up. I do expect my clothes to last more than 6 months I two particular items that is not worth wearing and the third I had to return because it completely unrivaled on the seams and I could not repair it due to it was a loosely woven knit top."
