Online order, excellent customer service after the original sale
"I placed an order for Echo parts online, and received them in a timely manner. After receiving my order, one of the parts did not fit my chainsaw. This appears to be a problem with the manufacturer provided part list. (The part number that did not fit was listed in the Illustrated Parts list downloaded from the manufacturer website). ProParts Direct went above and beyond my expectations to get me the correct part. I will definitely use them again for online parts ordering."
