"Ordered an 1800 watt amp, Received an 1080 amp. Advised them of the issue and they stated that the item was drop shipped and not sent directly from them. Why does that even matter? They also stated that they spoke with the manufacturer and that they had made a misprint on the items box. If that was the case, I would have got an 1800 watt amp in a box that stated 1080 watts, and there would have been no issue. I have pictures of all this, including their misleading info on they're website, which I provided to them. I have now contacted them over 4 times, NOTHING. Keep away!"
"Ordered item that wasn't in stock which I have no problem with. What I didn't like is that it wasn't stated on the site. I came to find out days after I had paid. Considering I needed the item immedietly, I would have appreciated the upfront information giving me the opportunity to look elsewhere. Yes...I could have canceled but by then it wouldn't mattered. I wouldn't have received on time regardless of whom I ordered from. I will ask for availability on future orders if I ever buy from racquet world again. I await my order."

We are a little confused on this follow up. This customer ordered the R-XL Pure One Glove and currently Pro Kennex is out of that size so we have it marked “Backordered until Late August” right on the size selection. We apologize to the customer for the confusion either way.
