"I ordered a get well floral arrangement for my daughter, and was guaranteed delivery. A day later I was told it could not be delivered, and was offered a choice between a full refund. or a $10 refund and a delivery of a different arrangement two to three days later. I had to choose and reply to the email. I chose the later delivery and replied to the email. I got no response and later found out that my response was not deliverable to that address. In other words, the arrangement was impossible to arrange. I called the 24 hour help line, and after some delay Fred answered my call and was quite helpful in arranging a delivery via UPS, and a package rather than personal delivery by a florist. It arrived today, three days after my guaranteed delivery. I have not yet seen my $10 refund. If it was not for Fred, I would have given one star to this totally unacceptable experience."
