"I've had several issues with gearbest.com in the past 12 months. When it came to the two smaller issues, after a lot of complaining they refunded me in full - reluctantly. They were initally only offering partial refunds. Since September I've been waiting for a phone to be delivered - the inital order never arrived and they gave me credit to re-order, which I did. That phone never arrived. They keep saying wait another 20 days but they will not refund the money. I'm tired of waiting for so long. I'm now reporting their behaviour to any company they claim has accredtited them."
