"Order did not arrive. Getting it replaced was a horror. They constantly miswrote the order (I still have two different versions of the contents that they sent me). They told me they would confirm the reshipment of the order and never did until I got to a supervisor. But I still do not have a shipment confirmation after over a week of promises. Invoices do not match what is on line. Really a mess. Sizes do not match. Medium-Tall size has shorter, tighter sleeves than a plain tall size. Ridiculous. Shipping evidently takes a long time to prepare, so do not count on your order unless you pay a lot for fast shipping and signature required shipping."

"This venerable store is one of the very best in the World. Dependable and knowledgeable. The only caveat is their slowest shipping methods. Really slow. Otherwise, I love this store."

"A horror! I chose one item. When, at the end of the purchase, I pressed the finalize order button it changed the selection to two items. Live chat took an extremely long time, but deleted the item, but I was still charged 958 Dollars, because they could not change that. This happened twice. It is obviously their bug on their website. The two charges remained for over a week on my credit card. I have had other glitches from this firm. Why should anyone trust them with complex computer stuff if they cannot manage their website? And their prices are high and they charge relatively high restocking fees on everything, even unopened packages. I bought this item elsewhere, and will continue to do so! I do not like this firm at all. BTW, This bug is not the first horror with OWC. They wrecked a desktop MAC when their tech led me through installing a processor upgrade, so the Apple store said it would cost 1800 dollars to fix it. So I had to buy a new Mac. And they charged me 15% restocking fee, even though their device caused the problem. And still I stayed with OWC, because at least they do Apple. There is more. But I assume one gets the idea. Besides actual clashes, of which there were more, their prices are high, their restocking fees are ferocious, IMO, and unbending. Their salespeople try. But I have had wrong parts sent for computers that they had full details of. And on and on. You people who gave wonderul 5 stars. Just wait until you want to return something That is no fun."

"I have had many bad experiences with this store, including the above order. Bad item info. Specials not as described and Newegg did not stand behind them. Really unfortunate shipping experiences, like the last packages went to Ill from CA and then back, and was not delivered when promised. And there was little concern when I called customer service about it. And the items were poorly, cheaply packaged, in my opinion. In short, never again! Newegg, IMO, gives you a lot less for a littlew less money and is not worth it. Not worth the the bother or the upsets I have had."

"A mess. Site didn't work. then later it did. then chose items for the 3rd time and checked out. No shipping options, and put through the order when I chose the back button to go back and change shipping, if they offered it. I lost a lot of time here. Their Firewire cables were hard to find. Then they weren't listed by types. An annoying site, IMO. Really annoying. Now I remember why I have been buying cables elsewhere. Update: it took three or more different people at different departments to finally realize what had gone opn. They then sent the right thing next day free of charge for the freight. But I haven't even tried the stuff, since i got it elsewhere when I needed it."

"The worst! Had wrong version in store, so I ordered on-line. Still hasn't arrived (7/10). Called Customer service many times. Always wrong info. Though promised, I never received shipping confirmation. Customer service has no way to contact warehouse and check status. I needed at least one drive so I ordered from Fry's on the 3rd. They shipped the same day, I had it in two days, with holiday in between. Costco is my worst experience online. Avoid them on line!"
