Broke my item, refused to replace or even refund shipping charge
"Title says it all. They broke my very expensive (and durable!) item in transit. They completely removed me from the claims process. They refused to speak to me regarding the claim until they denied it. They refuse to replace the item. They refuse to even refund the shipping and handling charge that I paid for them to break the item! They lost a customer to their competition for good. ZERO stars. Terrible company. I hope they **** an attorney off. I'm on board for a class action lawsuit if you are."
