Never a problem in many years
"I've never had a problem after years of use. I use the Amazon Chase card, I get money back, and free shipping on almost all orders. I also get to stream stuff on Prime. What few items I've returned I simply took to Kohl's for easy return shipping. Plus, I get a Kohl's discount card each time."

Bait and Switch
"I ordered a 12-pack of Endangered Species Chocolate Bars from them on Wal-Mart's website. A single bar arrived. I complained and they responded, "I'm sorry for any confusion! We don't sell multipacks of national brand items." Right, they just ADVERTISE them!"

"Ordered Photoshop CS upgrade for Mac. After a week I checked the order and it was "processing." After another week I checked again. It said "Cancelled by customer," even though I did not cancel it. My credit card was never charged."
