"Horrible customer service. I ordered a scratch and dent laptop on 8/9. I get an email that it should be here by 8/16. I call today because I still do not have a tracking number. The rep told me that he didn't have one either but will email me when one is available. I asked about why it takes so long to ship a laptop that's already built? He had no explanation. He said that it probably won't get here until Monday and a signature is required. So no laptop on Monday. He told me it takes 3-4 days to "process" an order. Absolutely horrible shipping and customer service. I've ordered three laptops from them in the past and twice they've dropped the ball on shipping. Once they sent me a defective laptop. This will likely be the last laptop I'm purchasing from them unless they make things right (which I doubt)."
"Ordered a ZEROtherm ZEN FZ120 120mm CPU Cooler from newegg. Got a price alert that the product was at my requested price. Went to their website and saw that the price had not changed. I went online chat with newegg customer support reps (another guy and gabriella). They didn't fight with me at all. Gave my a price adjustment right way according to the price alert I had set. I wish more companies were as customer service oriented as Newegg. They really know how to take care of their customers. That is why I buy all my hardware from them!"
