Slow shipping and poor customer service
"I should have known when I saw the outdated web design it was going to be bad. Order was placed on August 4th. I am now on day 15 and still have not received the order. When I placed the order it said would ship in 2-3 days. For something placed Tue I expect to ship Friday. However, they then said Monday. Of course that did not happen and it was delayed and delayed again. I contacted them they have a very curt "it will ship". It did not. Finally Friday the following week it shipped from them.
Once it did ship it was sent with the slowest possible carrier and route. I would have expected after all the delays on their end it would at least have some expedited shipping not FedEx super low priority who changed the delivery date 3 times."
