"I used http://BorrowLenses.com as a source for a Nikon D610 body, battery grip, and two lenses that I wanted for making a purchase evaluation, since I am in trhe market for a new FF/FX body and FF/FX lenses as I relegate my D2x to second-body status. I rented everything for 7 days, and was able to make a decision to buy the D610 based on my week-long side-be-side evaulation with shot-for-shot comparisons with the DX-frame D2x. The whole experience was flawless. The equipment arrived on my specified start date in great packaging and with thorough and complete instructions on the return process. All return labels were included. I received notifications in email at every step in the process; order receipt, verification, shipping, return and evaluation. This company provides Amazon-like customer service and fulfillment. And that's my highest compliment.
Will I use them again? Absolutely. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. What more can you ask?"

""Genuine birthstones" advertised for the "Love Never Ends" necklace advertised in American Rifleman. The "birthstones" are cloudy, opaque things that could be plastic, sloppily glued into the heart pendants. They look NOTHING like birthstones, and NOTHING like the full-page illustration in the ad. This item is too awful and embarrassing to give as intended. Contacts with Bradford Exchange CS have been highly unsatisfactory. This purchase was ill-advised. NEVER AGAIN."

"NewEgg always comes through for me. I don't have to worry about satisfaction with NewEgg. I recently bought a premium 1000w power supply (Corsair 1000HX) and found that it was DOA. This is a great PSU. I have two others already. I got an RMA the day after arrival, but noticed a "restocking fee" of $36. I used the live chat function explaining that the item was DOA and asking why I should be charged restocking fees. NewEgg's chat rep explained to me that the fee was added by default, but she quickly waived that charge for me, and additionally paid for return shipping. I've been a NewEgg customer since their beginning, and have never been disappointed in how they've treated me. Fair, fast, painless."
