"I am extremely satisfied with Newegg for a number of reasons. First, I had a problem that I was to blame for-telephone number that I provided didn't match the number by my CC company, and Newegg explicitly demands that those numbers match, after all other informations. I called them soonest I got e-mail that my order can't be approved. They were friendly and pointed to what had to be done to solve the problem, but still didn't want to approve.I had to call my CC company and change the phone information so it matches. Great example of company that takes all precautions that the customer is the person that CC belongs to.Although they could charge the money(almost $1000), they didn't. In the end I called Mr.Jason Salinas,Customer Service Professional,left him a message with my problem, because I lost almost two days. He called back shortly after, and assured me that my stuff is going to be delivered by Wednesday, 6th of December-I got it on Tuesday, day earlier. Everything in the condition as promised. And that for better price than competitors! I am making my purchases with Newegg in the future!"

"Stay away from this store, don't even think of making any purchase!!!Every story is the same, it's a fraud, and I cannot understand how they get through with that unpunished.I placed the order on aug.25th, my card was charged,than I got this on October 10th!?: "We regret to inform you that the shoe you have ordered did not arrive in as expected. Our next shipment is not due to arrive in untill the week of October23rd.We do understand how this is frustrating, and if you choose not to wait any longer, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. Please let us know what you would like to do. You have a pending order.If we remove your email address,you will not recieve any updates or tracking numbers.Did you still want to be removed?Thank you."(Yes, that's how they spell some words.) It is November 28th today, and I still didn't get my money back, they just don't reply on my E-mails, and I can't get them on the phone."
