"Had a great customer service experience! I was a little worried after reading the only other review on this site, but was just blown away by the level of service.
On my order I specified that if an item was out of stock to please contact me asap as I needed the prepared meal for a backpacking trip the following week. Not only did they email, but they also attempted to call to get the situation resolved. Through out the process they kept me up to date with email. Very impressed by the prompt, personal service."

"Excellent Prices and Fast Shipping, but watch out for there marketing games! Charge a processing fee at the very end of the ordering process. Also price freqently change on the same items without notice. Always verify that there prices are actually a good deal with pricegrabber or bizrate! Their quainty left counter is bogus!"

"Purchases from buy.com several time. Overall a good experience. Very fast shipping. This last time, however, they failed to included the packing slip which was necessary for the mail in rebate. Getting a hold of buy.com is a nightmare!"
