"This is my fifth purchase from them in the past 10 years. I bought 2 computers, 2 paper shredders and a LG TV . I recently purchase another TV and wasn't happy with the picture quality, it was very grainy and a purple vertical line appeared on the right hand side of the screen after about 20 minutes of use. I spoke with the sales person and he set up a return and helped me make another purchase, all this was done over the phone. So if your looking for good service and good prices give them a call and ask for Donny! PS "This was not a paid review" lol."
