Sent wrong size - then demanded that I send pictures to prove their mistake.
"Worst company in the world when it comes to customer service. What can you expect from a business run by non-college educated people who wish they could be in the military but do not have the test scores, the physical ability, and psychological profile to serve."

Horrible customer service.
"Horrible customer service. If there is an issue, good luck in getting it resolved. They could care less about your business or the issues you are having. Received item, it had been previously open and missing half the parts.
I have never been to a worse bike shop in my 30 years of cycling."
