"What a horrible return process! I have been dealing with Tiger Direct for years and have never had to return anything until recently. Currently I am living in Germany and it takes a bit longer to send and receive items from the states. I received a completed broked Imation Disk Stakka from Tiger Direct; the entire insides of the unit were rolling around when I received it. I know somebody noticed this before they packed it...
I contacted them about it and was told that I could ship it back and wait for the return or pay for a new unit and be refunded when they received the defective unit. Well, I went ahead and paid for another one and shipped the bad one back. Unfortunately something happened with the label during shipping and the box was returned to me.
I just contacted Tiger Direct about this and was told that since it was now 30 days since the item was ordered, they will no longer replace it. What kind of policy is this?
Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from Tiger Direct in the future."

"I've ordered quite a few times from Directron and all times have been extremely satisfied. I usually receive the items ordered within a week; and that is through the USPS system going to an APO address in Germany. Great company to do business with; competitive prices and good selections."
"These guys seem to be as great as everyone makes them out to be. Placed an order on the 21st of December and received it today - the 2nd of January; which is real quick considering it came through the USPS to an APO box during the holiday season! The product I ordered came through well packaged. They were also very good about sending emails out as the status was updated. I would definitely order from these guys again!"
"From my 1 purchase with this company, I can say that I am really happy with my experience. I ordered a new motherboard from them and it arrived about a week later; when you are talking an APO address that is pretty amazing! I found out that the motherboard in the box was not the one I actually wanted, but that was my fault; I ordered the wrong one. I explained that to them and they shipped the correct one the very next day and again I got it in a week. I am still deciding whether or not to ship the one I didn't really want back to them or keep it and build a good 'budget' PC while I build my new beast.
