Does not ship on time
"State line tack does not ship things on time. They are unresponsive when you contact them. They do not take responsibility of their products reaching their customers on time. They have a LOT to learn from Amazon. I am surprised that they are still in business. I ordered a number of items. One item shipped 10 days after I ordered, despite the fact that no such indication was on the website. When I called they told me that some other vendor was shipping it, and they could not help. This was NOT indicated on the website. Beware. You may or may not get your items on time. If they are late (so late that you cannot receive or use them anymore) they do nothing about it. They also do not pay for returns. The return process is set up so that you cannot return. Some reviews on the website are likely pieces of fiction."
