"I received an order that was too small and emailed about a return for an exchange. They replied to just mail back which I did their was confusion with the shipment back but they corrected it and made it right."

"i ordered the correct part (ac condensor) and my order has the correct part number but i was sent an entirely different part (a radiator with a different part number). Now I have to wait an extra week for the correct part (they do not do overnight shipping)and go through the trouble of returning their error and waiting for a credit."
