"i used to love this store but as time went on it became clear to me that their customer service dept doesnt care about customers at all and their shipping team is mindless. they seem to like a service called ups mail innovations which is slower than the pony express was. i waited 9 days (thus far as shipment has still not arrived) for a 1lb shipment from new york to philly. to me this says that someone at adorama isnt thinking. there is just no excuse for this. an efficient team weighs options to best satisfy their customers. i will take my business to b&h photo from now on and i'd suggest others do the same."
