"I truely feel that this is a wonderful company. Products with the quality of Alienware of WidowPC at much less expense. The customer service is great. They seem to have made a small error (my extra battery was not included in my order) but it seems to be quickly fixing itself. An email and a phone call latter and it seems everything is going to work out well."
