Wrong part sent and doesn't match the packing slip. They say that it's my mistake.
"Ordered a laptop power supply A13-040N3A as listed on their website. I wish I could include pictures in this review.
When I received the order, the packing slip says that it contains (1) A13-040N3A. The actual physical power supply in the package had a model number A11-065N1A and didn't even fit my laptop.
I sent them pictures of the packing slip, actual item received, and they replied that it was all correct. Unbelievable. Then they basically told me that the number they sell the supply under is meaningless and they need to know the laptop model number.
So a photo of my current laptop supply with number A13-040N3A, and the websites sells a supply with that A13-040N3A model number, somehow translates to a power supply model number A11-065N1A.
Now they say I have to pay for shipping to return it and they will look for the correct one based on my laptop model. NO THANKS.
You may be lucky, you may not. I would not trust this company. For this $25 headache, I may just have to go Pro Se on them, just to return the headache they have me."
