"(May 15) Poor product and worse customer service. 32% (96 of 300) of ordered items were defective. A claim was filed several times with their system and each phone rep kept closing the ticket without taking corrective action.
Buyer be warned, the products cheap price is not work the poor quality control and bad customer service (my opinion).
(May 16) I thank the vendor for replying to my review. As stated, I tried for over a week and hours on the phone to follow their claim process, without luck. Their claim process does not empower anyone you speak with on the phone to make any decisions or take corrective action. All the phone rep can do is enter information into a ticket. The claims department doesn't take calls and has yet to respond to the multiple tickets filed.
Again, buyer be warned. If your product arrives OK then all is well. If there are any issues, the correction process is laborious and in my opinion broken."

"Very decepitve advertising. They sent out a coupon code. I bought a product with the code, they shipped it toward my house. Then they contacted UPS with the package on the truck and retracted the product saying the coupon was an accident. They now have some of my money and I have to worry about a refund of a product I didn't receive."

"I ordered a Canon Optura 40 via the phone. I knew if I used the online order they would only call to "confirm". The saleman was polite and tried to sell me some additionaly items which I declined. He was not pushy, just doing his job.
I placed the order on Tuesday morning and had the camera on Thursday using the cheapest shipping they offer.
I would recommend them only if you already know what you want and will not have to return (15% restocking fee). But their price was excellent, ten dollars cheaper than the next reputable dealer."
