"I found a good deal on a Garmin Zumo 550 on etailelectronics web site that was in stock. I placed my order. 2 days later I get an email that said it was no longer available and that it was displayed as available at that price due to a computer glitch and it was no longer available and was removed from the web site. When I checked the web site the only thing had changed was that the orice went up over $200 to the regular price...bait and switch?
My understanding is that once the submit order was submitted the seller and I had a contract. So was this a breach of contract?
The person on the phone was at least nice however, but could not help me."
