"I'm a returning customer, having shopped here before for Watch Dogs (PC download). The price was excellent, and my version ended up coming with bonus DLC - a special edition at a cheaper price than everyone else's standard editions).
I've used the online chat help twice, and the operator was helpful, courteous and friendly.
I'm aware that other stores of this type have a chequered reputation, but UG is definitely one of the very best, with easily the best shop site design of any of them. Recommended."
