"We ordered glasses for myself and my husband on July 28, 2018. When the glasses arrived my husband’s lens were defective. We shipped them back to Zenni who confirmed that they were defective. We decided to have them remake the glasses. That order was placed September 18, 2018. It is now October 23 and Zenni does not know where the glasses are. I have made several phone calls and had different answers. According to Zenni, the glasses were remade and shipped and then recalled to Zenni because of a postal strike (which had not happened) That was sometime in the first week of October. Now nobody seems to know where they are - no tracking number or anything. We are very frustrated with Zenni. They keep saying “watch your email for a tracking number” but an email never comes and I have to keep phoning them. Meanwhile, my poor husband needs his new glasses!!!
I have ordered from Zenni before and nothing like this has ever happened before. But once is more than enough!! An error making the glasses is one thing, but someone should be able to tell me where the new pair is and they should be doing something to expedite the delivery of them!!!
I guess they aren’t worried - they already have my money!!!"
"I ordered from what I thought was a Canadian site so the item would get here fairly quickly. Turns out all shipping is done from California. I ordered on March 5, it didn't ship till March 9, and its not expected to arrive till March 25. Amazon is way quicker even when something comes from USA or as far away as China.
