"I bought a crankset, chain, brakes (IRD Cafam - beauties!), cycle computer. Everything was at or near the best price I found anywhere. Communications was superb - I spoke to a customer service rep, and he gave me his name and told me to call him back if I had any issues. On the brakes, they even went and got a boxed set to tell me if straddle cables were included. Shipping was good, and free! I am putting together a new order right now, and having exactly the same experience. You have to love these folks!"
