I sent 5 emails regarding the same questions and got 5 responses with 3 different answers.
No email acknowledged that I had sent any other email.
Tried calling but that doesnt work because no phone support for Ebay purchases.
Just an email address for "Bob" who rather then read your emails replies with form responses threatening bad reputation remarks if you dont comply regardless of your query."

"3 words, BAIT AND SWITCH
I attempted to purchase a Built by ATI 9700 Pro OEM.
I received a 9700.
I called Them up to complain and I can only talk to the President who is always out of the office.
Finally I get to talk to an RMA guy after filling out the RMA form. He tries to convince me that it is the correct card because they dont make mistakes, they double check everything. Nevermind a 275 clock on the core.
Then he tries to convince me that it is a good card and I should keep it. After I scoff at that idea I basically wouldnt let him off the phone until they accepted charges for shipping back. I hadnt even suggested bringing the credit card company into it.
They agreed to take it back and after testing it would send me the new card.
After they had it for 3 days without contacting me I call them. Find out they no longer sell the OEM card and wonder if I would give them 60 more bucks for the retail version which I could get for 20 less at Best Buy.
I told them to go fly a kite and that I would being looking elsewhere for a Video Card.
UPDATE
They gave me a total refund including shipping.
I am still frustrated though. I still dont have a Vid card, but more so becaause they wanted me to keep the cheaper knock off or buy the retail for 60 bucks more."
