Took 3 months to receive full order, and then would not take returns.
"Terrible! My intention was to order 3 items, and return anything that did not fit. It took 3 months to receive the full order (even when asking to cancel). They then would not accept the return on items sent earlier in the month. They were very clear that people on military orders living overseas do not get any additional time for their returns to be received. They will not look at the ship date of the return, only when it is received in their warehouse. Customer care rep I conversed with- Alfreda"
