"Maybe crying over spilled milk but, as a first time customer...
A recent purchase ordered, having gone on sale 2 days later, was denied a courtesy request for the sales price. Opticstor's Terry Harrison states, "We do not make it a practice to include past orders on new sales items. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice."
Initially thought sales experience was cold and unfriendly. Will think twice about ordering from them again."
