"Ordered a refresh kit for my Aprilaire humidifier. I received the kit exactly exactly as specified.
There was on thing I did not like. The packing slip had a boilerplate disclaimer that said the warranty was void if parts are not installed by a licensed HVAC tech. That is an outrageous requirement to place on a simple kit like this."

"Ordered a pair of noise-canceling headphones on Sunday night and they arrived Wednesday afternoon. Very nice.
It would be nice if they provided some kind of shipping info. I had no idea if it had actually shipped until it arrived on my door."
