"I just have to tell everyone that not only was I happy with NewEgg, as always, but this time they beat all expectations. I ordered some RAM shipped Priority Mail and it actually arrived BEFORE the funds had cleared my bank account! Now that's what I call fast service!"

"Order was horribly delayed by 22 days. They refused to cancel the order when demanded. Since they wouldn't cancel the order I could not take my money to another retailer where the price was $80 less. And when the product WAS finally shipped I had to fight, argue, and cajole to get a manager to credit me back the difference between the price when I ordered and the price when shipped."
