"I went to the Taylor Gifts website to purchase the Roll Top Personal Secretary, a wooden organizer to place on my desk. Used a 10% off coupon to bring down the price from 30 bucks to 27, no tax, shipping would be 8 bucks, for a total of 35 dollars. I somehow got their invoice in my email, with no sign that the 10% was applied, and shipping was up to 9 bucks. Down 4 bucks, i call CS to correct the pricing, and the lady was rude and sounded very annoyed that I'm questioning her about the difference between final online checkout price and the email invoice. After 15 mins of explaining to her my online checkout, she didn't give me that 10%, but reworked something with shipping, and got me a total of 37 bucks. Fine, still not getting the 35 i was confirmed at checkout, but not worth arguing with her over 2 more dollars.
Product arrived 1.5 weeks later in original box, put into an outer brown box that UPS ships in. Brown box had zero foam padding in it, no cushion, leaving roughly one cubic foot of space for product box to tumble around in. Of course, UPS delivered a dented crushed package, and the desk organizer had broken sides, torn off roll top, and broken drawer.
Taylor Gifts' 24-hr customer service email reply system? I've waited two days, no reply.
Charged higher on invoice, horrible delivery packaging, and bad customer service.

"I recently ordered the Roll Top Personal Secretary, item number 24555.
I received the package from UPS Ground today, and instantly knew something was wrong. The brown shipping box was horribly taped, very mangled, with many dents in it, as if its been kicked and crushed. The brown box itself would not even stand! I could even hear pieces sliding around inside! Inside the brown shipping box was the product box itself. There was ZERO padding to keep the product box from sliding around and getting tossed around inside the brown shipping box.
The product box was horribly dented and seemed like someone had already previously returned the product since the box was retaped, and the foam inserts to protect the product were already broken. The Roll Top Personal Secretary itself is in broken pieces! It is chipped, the wooden sides have broken off, and the pull out drawer and sliding top have broken off as well. This is a very bad first time experience with Get Organized/Taylor Gifts, and am very unsatisfied with this type of service.
DON'T BUY FROM "GET ORGANIZED" AND THEIR AFFILIATE "TAYLOR GIFTS"!!!"

"UPDATE: On Friday November 11, Newegg went ahead and shipped a replacement that morning, free of charge, next day air. I didn't receive the hard drive until tuesday, because friday was Veteran's Day, and it took an entire monday to process. Also received a $25 credit towards my next purchase. Overall, decent job by newegg to satisfy their customers to the very end. Newegg still has the best prices anywhere, you can't lose. Thanks newegg! 8D
On Monday November 7, I purchased a $45 hard drive enclosure case and a $160 toshiba notebook hard drive. I received just one tracking number for both products. On Wednesday November 9, my UPS box arrived, but only the hard drive enclosure case was bundled in. With only one tracking number, what the **** happened to my toshiba hard drive? I called up newegg cs and they will do an "investigation" on my missing toshiba hard drive. As of right now, over $200 was charged to my checking account, and I only have $45 worth of products to show for it. Who knows how long newegg's investigation on my missing toshiba hard drive may take. And after reading other complaints about newegg, I hope they don't charge me another $160 and shipping again to send the hard drive i ordered. Will I be receiving a UPS box full of bubble wrap soon? Hey newegg, charging my account and missing a $160 item is blatantly unacceptable!"
