Talking to a wall
"I bought 1 VIOLEWORKS 88VF cordless electric pruning shears 30mm with 2X Battery & plastic toolbox on 19 march 2024. It was delivered 20 may 2024. The batteries do not fit on the shears, so the set is totally useless. I contacted the customer service, but they closed my complaint without any solution. I introduced a second complaint. We collected 16 proposals and refusals so far on this matter. Banggood is very sorry that they cannot : 1. organise a retour or 2. a replacement or 3. send me the right batteries, or 4. give me a total refund. The maximal proposal is a 21€ refund. I paid 83€ for a totally useless toolset. If you like to be lured into the dark, try Banggood. If you never talked to a wall, try Banggoods customer service."
