"Amazon is the most reliable retailer for me. Especially in CA with no tax and Prime membership, I always check to see if Amazon carries the item I need in stock. They are usually the cheapest after tax. If the difference was marginal, I would still order from them due to reliability and customer service.
For this order, I got the new Apple Airport Extreme Dual Band and as usual got it within 2 days. I've place over 100 orders with Amazon and never had a problem that was theirs. Thanks again Amazon."

"Ordered a Monster Power HTS3500MKII and received it in under a week with free shipping. I've been buying from Buy.com since they first came into existence back in the Internet boom. I must of ordered DOZENS of times and never had a problem which surprises me that so many would have problems. I think that if there is a problem with what you order that it is more likely that Buy.com's customer service is less than desirable. Since I've never had any problems, I wouldn't hesitate to continue to buy from them when they offer the best price and free shipping."
